I conducted a full digital marketing audit for Rare Beauty, focusing on analyzing the brand’s value proposition, target audience, consumer personas, digital touchpoints, and marketing funnel strategy. The project identified how Rare Beauty builds community across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, and explored opportunities to enhance storytelling, drive conversion, and strengthen brand loyalty. Using a customer-journey framework, I assessed each stage from awareness to advocacy, proposing improvements that align with the brand’s core values of authenticity, inclusivity, and empowerment. This experience deepened my skills in evaluating digital ecosystems and crafting data-driven strategies for customer engagement and growth.
